- Flavor Notes & Origin: Geometry Onyx coffee beans are a blend of washed and processed Colombian & Ethiopian coffee. Our Colombian espresso beans whole gives it a syrupy, clean, fermented fruit flavor, while the washed Ethiopian adds more fruitiness and complexity.
- Brewing Guide: We brew this coffee whole bean medium roast in our own cafes as a “House” filter to intertwine complex & cohesive flavors, cup, and blend to maintain the flavor profile.
